Graduate Tuition Fees

Tuition fees are determined by the Board of Trustees at the beginning of each academic year. Annual tuition fees, dormitory fees and scholarships for registered students in the academic years following the year of university entrance are determined each year by the Board of Trustees, taking into account the cost increases and the University budget of the related year. The tuition fee covers one academic year and is paid on the payment dates announced in the academic calendar. Summer school tuition fee is not included in this fee. The tuition fee does not cover health insurance, dormitory, food or other expenses.

Tuition fees and scopes of graduate programs (Annual Fee / Program Fee) are given in the tables below.

The annual tuition fee covers one academic year and is paid in two equal amounts on the payment dates announced in the academic calendar for the fall-spring semesters. Summer school tuition fee is not included in this fee.
The scope and payment plan of the program fee are determined specific to the program.

(*) The Program Fee applies to newly admitted students only. The coverage and payment methods for the program fee are as follows:

(1) The program fee in the Non-Thesis MSc in Financial Engineering covers the 2022-2023 Fall, Spring and Summer semesters, as well as the 2023-2024 Fall semester.  The program fee in the Thesis MSc in Financial Engineering covers the maximum period of study in the program (3 academic years). For both programs, this fee is paid in 3 equal installments, with the first installment being paid during the university enrollment period in the 2022-2023 Fall semester, and the second and third installments being paid in the spring and summer semesters, respectively, during the tuition payment period announced in the academic calendar.  

(2) The program fee in the Non-Thesis MSc in Data Science Programcovers the 2022-2023 Fall, Spring and Summer semesters as well as the 2023-2024 Fall semester. The fee is paid in 3 equal installments, with the first installment being paid during the university enrollment period in the 2022-2023 Fall semester, and then the remaining installments being paid in the following semesters during the tuition payment period announced in the academic calendar.

(1) The program fee in the MBA  programs covers the 2022-2023 Fall, Spring and Summer semesters as well as the 2023-2024 Fall semester. The fee is paid in 3 equal installments, with the first installment being paid during the university enrollment period in the 2022-2023 Fall semester, and then the remaining installments being paid in the following semesters during the tuition payment period announced in the academic calendar. 

(2) The program fee in the EMBA  programs covers the 2022-2023 Fall, Spring and Summer semesters as well as the 2023-2024 Fall semester. The fee is paid in 3 equal installments, with the first installment being paid during the university enrollment period in the 2022-2023 Fall semester, and then the remaining installments being paid in the following semesters during the tuition payment period announced in the academic calendar.

(1) The program fees for the Doctoral Programs (LLD) in Private Law and Public Law cover eight (8) full semesters. The fees are paid in 2 equal installments, with the first installment being paid during the university enrollment period in the 2022-2023 Fall semester, and the second installment being paid in the 2022-2023 Spring semester during the tuition payment period announced in the academic calendar.  Doctoral (LLD) students who fail to graduate at the end of the regular period of study specified above must pay a semester fee each semester during which they pursue their studies at the University. The semester fee that LLD students need to pay is 1/8th of the annual program fee for the current academic year.  

(2) The program fees for the Thesis Master’s Programs (LLM) in Private Law and Public Law cover four (4) full semesters. The fees are paid in 2 equal installments, with the first installment being paid during the university enrollment period in the 2022-2023 Fall semester, and the second installment being paid in the 2022-2023 Spring semester during the tuition payment period announced in the academic calendar.  Master’s program (LLM) students who fail to graduate at the end of the regular period of study specified above must pay a semester fee each semester during which they pursue their studies at the University. The semester fee that LLD students need to pay is 1/4th of the annual program fee for the current academic year.  

(3) The program fees for the Non-Thesis Master’s Programs (LLM) in Private Law and Public Law cover all of the 2022-2023 Fall semester, Spring semester and summer session as well as the 2023-2024 Fall semester. The fees are paid in 2 equal installments, with the first installment being paid during the university enrollment period in the 2022-2023 Fall semester, and the second installment being paid in the 2022-2023 Spring semester during the tuition payment period announced in the academic calendar. 

(4) The program fee in the Non-Thesis M.A. in Psychology Program and Non-Thesis M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology Program covers all of the 2022-2023 Fall semester, Spring semester, and Summer session as well as the 2023-2024 Fall semester. The fee is paid in 2 equal installments, with the first installment being paid during the university enrollment period in the 2022-2023 Fall semester, and the second installment being paid in the Spring semester during the tuition payment period announced in the academic calendar. Scientific Preparation: a) Scientific preparation program is not within the scope of the scholarship. b) For Scientific preparation, in the 2022-2023 academic year, tuition per ECTS credit for courses is 1.562,5 TL including VAT.

(5) The program fee in the Thesis M.A. in Psychology program and Thesis M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology program covers six (6) full semesters. The fee is paid in 3 equal installments, with the first installment being paid during the university enrollment period in the 2022-2023 Fall semester, and then the remaining installments being paid in the following semesters during the tuition payment period announced in the academic calendar. Scientific Preparation: a) Scientific preparation program is not within the scope of the scholarship. b) For Scientific preparation, in the 2022-2023 academic year, tuition per ECTS credit for courses is 1.562,5 TL including VAT.

(6) The program fee in the Thesis M.A. in International Relations and Globalization program covers six (6) full semesters. The fee is paid in 3 equal installments, with the first installment being paid during the university enrollment period in the 2022-2023 Fall semester, and then the remaining installments being paid in the following semesters during the tuition payment period announced in the academic calendar. 

SUMMER TUITION

Students who plan to attend the summer school must pay a separate tuition. Summer tuition is determined annually by the Board of Trustees for each academic year.

Summer tuition is paid per credit for each course offered during the summer session. Tuition per credit is 1/60th of the annual tuition of the student’s current academic program. Summer tuition is calculated based on the total credits of the courses the student takes during the summer session. For recipients of tuition waivers, the tuition per credit will be waived up to the rate of the tuition waiver the student has been awarded. Summer tuition is paid per credit for each course offered during the Summer session. There will be no refunds for course registration cancellations during summer school.

In graduate programs with a pre-set program fee, students are required to pay the portion of the program fee set for the summer session.
