Law No: 7417 on Academic Amnesty (Student Amnesty)

Please be advised that pursuant to Law No: 7417, which entered into force upon its publication in the Official Gazette No: 31887 dated July 5th, 2022 (and Provisional Article 83 added to Higher Education Law No: 2547), students who withdrew or were expelled from the University before July 5th, 2022 may apply to for re-enrollment by completing the application form and submitting it to the Student Services Directorate together with its attachments until November 4th, 2022 4:00 pm.

Applications must be submitted in person to Student Services. Applications sent via mail or by email will not be accepted. All of the fields on the application form must be accurately filled out. Applications with incomplete documents will not be considered. Should it be subsequently determined that a student has been admitted based on incomplete, inaccurate, misleading or otherwise falsified/forged documents and statements, or should a student fail to provide the original copies of the required documents to the University at the time of enrollment, the student will not be enrolled, and, if enrollment has already been completed, the enrollment will be revoked, regardless of the semesters the student has studied at the University.

The results of applications, re-enrollment procedure, and re-enrollment dates will be announced later.
