2025 - 2026 Spring Semester Horizontal Transfers within OzU (Between Programs), Double Major, Minor Program Applications

Dear Students,

Applications are invited between January 16^th, 2026 and January 22^nd, 2026. Detailed information about the application-admission calendar, application requirements, and application procedures is available in the respective pages of the OzU website.

IMPORTANT NOTES:  

• As per the Rules and Regulations of Higher Education Council, international students are not eligible for horizontal transfer. Our international students can visit Student Services Office to get information about the program change procedures.
• Applications for Horizontal Transfers within OzU (Based on the Central Placement Score) will not be opened in the 2025 - 2026 Spring semester.
• According the Application Requirements, students may take the TRACE examination on the specified date announced in the application calendar to prove their language proficiency or submit a national or international exam certificate demonstrating English language proficiency only if they are currently registered in a Turkish-medium undergraduate program and wish to apply for an English-medium undergraduate program.
