Tuition fees are determined by the Board of Trustees at the beginning of each academic year. Annual tuition fees, dormitory fees and scholarships for registered students in the academic years following the year of university entrance are determined each year by the Board of Trustees, taking into account the cost increases and the University budget of the related year.
Tuition fees for the 2025-2026 academic year are shown in the table below:
- Tuition can be paid annually or semesterly. Click here for payment methods.
- The annual tuition fee covers fall and spring semesters and does not include summer school, dormitory, food, or transportation expenses.
- Fees include 10% Value Added Tax (VAT). If the VAT rate changes during the academic year, the same rate will be applied to the fees.
- English Preparatory Program students will be charged the tuition fee for the undergraduate program they are enrolled in.
- Any scholarships/discounts they are eligible for will be reflected in the tuition fee. You can find detailed information about all scholarship opportunities here.

SUMMER SCHOOL TUITION FEES
Summer school is optional and subject to an additional fee. The annual fee does not include summer school.
For undergraduate programs, the summer school fee is calculated per credit based on the program tuition fee. The per-credit fee is 1/30 of the spring semester tuition fee. For the English Preparatory Program, the summer school fee is half the semester tuition fee. Scholarships and discounts that provide tuition waivers are also valid during summer school.
To determine summer school tuition, students must first complete their course registration process. After registering for courses, the summer school tuition fee is calculated based on the total credits earned. Any entrance scholarships are applied to this fee, and payments are made within the announced payment dates. No refunds are made for summer school course registration cancellations.
Students who begin the English Preparatory Program at level A2 and complete level B1 by the end of the spring semester of their first academic year will not be charged for the level B2 courses they attend during summer school. If these students receive additional scholarships, such as cash, dormitory/transportation scholarships, will also be allocated in July and August.
