Enrollment Method |
* Students who complete the registration process between July 1 - October 1, 2024 will start their education in the Fall 2024 semester.
* Students who complete the registration process between October 2, 2024 - November 30, 2024 will start their education in the Spring 2024 semester.
Students who complete their enrollment until the enrollment deadline will begin their education in the 2023 Spring semester. Those who fail to enroll by the specified date will forfeit their right to enroll at the University. Students who have made pre-payments for enrollment but fail to complete their enrollment for any reason other than visa rejection will not be reimbursed for the pre-payments. The enrollments of students who are later found to not meet the necessary requirements for enrollment or who subsequently lose these qualifications will be terminated, even if they have already been enrolled.
Students who have been accepted to Özyeğin University in the 2024-2025 Fall Semester under the Foreign Student (YDO) quota, must complete their enrollment process online until the above-specified date. The procedures to be completed for enrollment are explained under the headings of Pre-Enrollment Procedures and Enrollment Procedures. There are also other important procedures to be completed after the completion of the enrollment procedures of our students who have been accepted under the International Student quota. These steps are explained under the title of Post-Enrollment Procedures.
Those who do not enroll until the specified date lose their right to enroll at the University. Enrollments of the students who later find out that they do not meet the requirements for enrollment or who lose these conditions later on are canceled even if they are already enrolled.
Students admitted to our university must enter the Student Information Form in order to complete the enrollment process. The user name required to enter the form is the student number and the year of birth written adjacent (eg S09999991993). Afterwards, we strongly recommend that you carefully read our website in order to facilitate the registration process and obtain the information you may need during your first days at the University.
